Preston has a varied background working in the printing industry which includes time spent running offset presses, all phases of bindery, and previous experience in a sales position at another Sir Speedy in Addison, TX. He is well-equipped for the task of not only taking care of existing clientele, but finding and developing new accounts.

His brother, and owner of the N. Carrollton location, Tyler Crum had this to say about his younger sibling’s newest challenge:

Sir Speedy Printing Dallas-Walnut Hill Acquires Chase Printing

Dallas, TX, April 25, 2010- Sir Speedy Printing of Dallas today announced the acquisition of Chase Printing, also of Dallas, TX. Chase Printing, formerly an AlphaGraphics franchise, has operated for over 25 years in the North Dallas area offering an array of services including offset printing, digital services, and bindery. The purchase is part of a strategic plan to grow the Sir Speedy Dallas location through acquisition of other print-related businesses. The agreement was finalized in late January and became effective February 1st, 2010.

Phillip Crum, President of Crum Enterprises, Inc., dba Sir Speedy Printing, says the acquisition will boost sales volume with additional clientele that closely resemble existing Sir Speedy accounts. “The accounts we’ll be acquiring are looking for the same services that Chase Printing was able to deliver and we can capably provide that. In addition, we’ll be offering a wide array of products and business growth services that Chase Printing was not able to offer. We’re very much looking forward to working with the Chase accounts to help those small business owners grow their businesses.”

Sir Speedy Printing of Dallas-Walnut Hill offers a wide range of products and services from small format digital, both b/w and color, large format color on a recently acquired HP Latex ink printer for banners, signage and car wraps, small format offset printing, graphic design work, and bindery work to round out the traditional offerings. In addition, marketing services for small business include all phases of development and execution of email marketing programs, design and implementation of web sites, and other related online services.

During his 15 years as the Sales and Marketing manager with Sir Speedy of Addison, TX, Phillip Crum was a two-time National Sales Award winner, an eleven-time Regional Sales Award winner, recipient of the Platinum Level (sales over $500,000) sales award eleven times, recipient of the Million Dollar Sales Award five times, and the inaugural recipient of the Don F.
